Minimum research data documentation and structured parameter tables for finite-element studies of electrochemical devices (FAPESP 2021/03592-2)

Version 1.0.0 of a minimum, openly accessible documentation package for computational studies developed under FAPESP postdoctoral fellowship 2021/03592-2. The release contains project metadata, structured tables of published or reported model parameters and factor levels, summaries of the principal reported results, a file manifest, citation metadata, and a data-access statement for the underlying working files. It covers (i) interfacial-pH modeling for methanol and small-polyol oxidation, associated with ACS Omega 2025, 10, 63455-63463, DOI: 10.1021/acsomega.5c10287; and (ii) chemometric mapping of catalyst nanoparticle position in a titanium nanotube matrix, manuscript EA26-2341. This initial release does not contain the original COMSOL .mph files, complete raw simulation exports, or analysis scripts. These materials remain in the research group's working storage and may be requested from the corresponding author, subject to availability and third-party constraints. The record is intended as a persistent access point and can be expanded through versioned updates.
