Spatio-temporal dynamics of surface water bodies across Sub-Saharan Africa

Supporting data for study: Spatio-temporal dynamics of surface water bodies acrossSub-Saharan Africa. The dataset includes a shapefile containing the geometries of surface water bodies across Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA_Waterbodies_v2), a shapefile of the administrative boundaries of Africa (Africa_Bound), time series of surface water extent of each water body contained in the shapefile of water body geometries (Time_Series) and the results of all analysis in csv form (Results). The naming convention for all time series is {Water body Name}_time_series.csv.
