Frequent radiosoundings were launched every 1 or 1.5 hours during IOP day between 2100 UTC on day D to 1100 UTC on day D+1. AT 2100, 0000, 0300, 0600, and 1200 UTC, the frequent radiosounding were replaced with normal radiosoundings. Normal radiosoundings go up to 20 km were as frequent radiosoundings go up to 1.5 (for the sonde to be recovered and reused).
