在城乡一体化共同配送技术的研究和平台开发中通过平台应用推广过程中，由车主通过货车帮车主端APP程序填写真实信息进行用户注册，并通过国家行政部门联网查验形成，其意义是利用该数据集建立我国社会货运车辆及司机信息库，并根据该数据库，构建司机货车的画像，可开展全国货运卡车运力相关研究，并基于该数据集开展对司机和车辆的增值服务产品开发（如油卡、保险、金融信贷等）。

During the application and promotion phase of the platform developed for the research on urban-rural integrated joint distribution technologies, this dataset is formed from vehicle owners who complete user registration by filling in real information via the Huochebang driver-side APP, with the information verified through cross-network checks conducted by national administrative authorities. The dataset aims to establish a national database of social freight vehicles and their drivers, based on which driver and vehicle profiles can be constructed to support research on the transport capacity of nationwide freight trucks, and to develop value-added service products for drivers and vehicles using this dataset, including fuel cards, insurance, financial credit services, and others.
