"This dataset contains images of workers captured in industrial cheese production environments for computer vision research. The dataset is designed for person detection tasks in food production facilities and industrial environments.The images were collected in real operational conditions inside dairy processing plants where workers interact with production lines, machinery, and processing equipment used in cheese manufacturing.
