资源简介:
This dataset contains: Hearing loss and Inflammation Data.xlsx Mass spec UNCR ACQUITY: UPC interfaced with a Waters Xevo triple quadrupole (TQD) mass spectrometer equipped with an electrospray ionization probe, column oven and autosampler. Reference doi:10.1373/jalm.2019.030007 (2019) Pure Tone Audiometry was performed in a sound proof booth using a GSI G1 Clinical Audiometer which was calibrated according to ISO-389-1:2000 Standards. PTA was performed according to the British Society of Audiology (BSA) recommended procedure. Air conduction thresholds were measured at 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 8 kHz for both ears. Thresholds for bone conduction were measured at 0.5, 1, 2, 3 and 4 kHz. Circulating inflammatory markers: A HemoCue WBC and differential analyser was used to give an automated White Blood Cell Count and differential count (neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils and basophils). Cytokine concentrations were measured using a MSD multi-spot Pro-inflammatory panel-1 kit. This dataset is available 'on request' to bone fide researchers with ethical clearance please complete the attached request form.
