Underway primary productivity data during the Northern Gulf of Alaska LTER cruises, 2020-2021

The original data in this collection are from an underway system onboard on the R/V Sikuliaq during NGA LTER cruises, archived in the Fluorometry and Spectral Data. This project generated some additional products, including primary production, mixed-layer depth (MLD), and nitracline depth (ZNO3). The MLD was calculated by linearly interpolating the observed MLDs at each station, derived from CTD salinity and temperature profiles using a density difference criterion of 0.05 kg/m3 from surface values. Data collected during each cruise were separated individually and provided in the binary and CSV format.
