资源简介:
This study aimed to elucidate the common genes and regulatory mechanisms underlying hyperlipidemia and aortic dissection. Transcriptome sequencing of dissected and normal ascending aorta tissues was performed. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) associated with aortic dissection were also identified. Moreover, DEGs related to hyperlipidemia were analyzed using a publicly available dataset. The hub common genes of the two diseases were identified by external dataset validation, followed by efficacy evaluation, protein-protein interaction (PPI) network analysis, immune infiltration association analysis, transcription factor (TF) prediction, and small-molecule drug analysis. Based on transcriptome sequencing data and publicly available datasets, 99 common DEGs between two diseases were identified
