History, demography and genetic status of Balkan and Caucasian Lynx lynx (Linnaeus, 1758) populations revealed by genome-wide variation. Lynx lynx wgs data

With the data submitted we reconstructed demographic and divergence history and assessed genetic status of the Balkan and Caucasian populations of the Eurasian lynx (Lynx lynx). We put these two populations into the context of the species by analyzing them in conjunction with samples from other populations, covering a wide portion of the species' distributional range.
