Targeting KCNAB2 slows the progression of lung adenocarcinoma and improves immunotherapy efficacy by reshaping the tumor immune microenvironment

To comprehensively investigate the suppressive role of KCNAB2 in tumor progression and its specific impact on immune cell infiltration within the immune tumor microenvironment (iTME), as well as the underlying mechanisms involved. Additionally, this study aims to further elucidate the critical role of KCNAB2 in remodeling the tumor microenvironment and enhancing the sensitivity to immunotherapy.
