AA2P-mediated DNA demethylation synergizes with stem cell agonists to promote expansion of stem cells via activation of GAS6/AXL signaling axis [bulkRNA-Seq]

To investigate the transcriptional profile of SCACs, STFL expanded and non-cultured CD34+CD45RA- cells CD34+ cells were cultured in respective condition (X2A,X2B,SM6,C6, STFL) for 14 days and then FACS sorted for CD34+CD45RA- populations followed by RNA sequencing. As a control, the matched non-cultured FACS sorted CD34+CD45RA- cells were also subjected to RNA sequencing.
