Data and reproducibility package for "Bias-conditioned spacer dielectric response in a nanosheet MOSFET surrogate: a frozen-mesh comparison"

This dataset accompanies the manuscript “Bias-conditioned spacer dielectric response in a nanosheet MOSFET surrogate: a frozen-mesh comparison”. It contains matched bias-pair data, figure-level datasets and plotting scripts, electrical-source tables, geometry and production-mesh inputs, and SHA-256 provenance supporting the numerical comparisons and Figures 1–4. The archive supports reproduction and audit of the published figures and numerical comparisons. It is not a complete distribution of the ORION simulation framework and does not independently replay the original drift–diffusion or thermal solves. The electrical comparison uses one global mesh and the local thermal analysis is one-way; no mesh-extrapolated, feedback-coupled or quantum-corrected current result is asserted.
