The present invention relates to a thermoplastic polymer alloy composition having characteristics desirable for outdoor applications while offering excellent surface appearance. The compositions are particularly suitable for decking applications and as capstock materials. The compositions comprise a halogen-containing polymer (one or more of polyvinyl chloride， polyvinylidene chloride， and chlorinated polyvinyl chloride)， a thermoplastic polyurethane， and at least one acrylic polymer， in certain proportions.
