收藏资源简介:
Cleaned and organized data required to reproduce the analysis for the manuscript:
de Zwaan, D.R., Huang, A., Fox, C.H., Bradley, D.W., & Ethier, D.M. (2024). Occupancy trends of overwintering coastal waterbird communities reveal guild-specific patterns of redistribution and shifting reliance on existing Protected Areas. Global Change Biology.
Includes two datasets: 1) 'count_data' - cleaned version of the raw Coastal Waterbird Survey data with columns needed to model effort and detection probability, and 2) 'environment_data' - surface water and coast structure variables to fit occupancy models.
Raw count data were accessed from NatureCounts: https://www.birdscanada.org/naturecounts/default/main.jsp
For sources and descriptions of environmental data, see manuscript and supplementary appendix.
