Pampus argenteus Raw sequence reads

The purpose of this study was to explore the molecular mechanism of ventral fin loss pattern of P. argenteus from the perspective of body and limb characteristics determining genes, so as to expand and enrich the research content of Tbx2 subfamily genes on the regulation mechanism of fish fin occurrence. This paper can provide a theoretical basis for further understanding the molecular mechanism of pelvic fins loss during the evolution of P. argenteus.
