In the course of my PhD, an instrument to assess the (perceived) value of Enterprise Architecture (EA) has been developed. The instrument consists of three sets of questions: for developers, implementers, and users of EA and it has been validated in four case studies and a survey. All questions in the instrument can be traced back to value items found in the literature about EA value up to 2022.
