Data supporting the publication "Qubit error bursts in superconducting quantum processors of Quantum Inspire: quasiparticle pumping and anomalous time dependence"

Raw experimental data from our research on the effects of ionizing radiation on the two superconducting processors of Quantum Inspire "Starmon-5" and "Starmon-7". The data set includes HDF5 with the raw measurements shots for varying measurement cycle times (per protocol, see published paper) and varying number of pi-pulses for fixed measurement cycle time, for both A and B fridge and for both processors. Measurement shots were recorded on Zurich Instruments UHFQC readout modules and processed/stored as binary outcomes with the use of the Python package PycQED.
