JMPhage Minimal Test Dataset

JMPhage Minimal Test Dataset This lightweight dataset is provided for testing JMPhage v1.0. It contains genome assemblies and paired-end sequencing reads for two bacteriophages: Escherichia coli phage vB_EcoM-Sa45lw and Aeromonas hydrophila phage Z90. The dataset can be used to verify the JMPhage installation and test its analysis functions. Only input files are included; no precomputed results or intermediate files are provided.
