Values are geometric mean (95% confidence interval) or counts (%). Platelet aggregation data were logarithm transformed for analysis and back-transformed for presentation. All analyses are adjusted for the following baseline variables and cardiovascular risk factors: Age, sex, smoking, body mass index, previous myocardial infarction, diabetes, proton pump inhibitor use, and platelet count. P-values refer to differences in platelet aggregation across genotypes. Patients homozygous for the variant allele were pooled with heterozygotes for regression analysis.
