Pseudomonas spp. strains Whole Genome Resequencing

A black leaf spot of flue-cured tobacco caused by Pseudomonas spp. occurred in the Yunnan province of China. From 2019 to 2021, many strains were isolated from areas in which black leaf spots of flue-cured tobacco caused considerable damages. To better understand the phylogenetic development of the pathogen, all isolates of Pseudomonas spp. were used for whole-genome resequencing.
