This dataset is the spatio-temporal distribution dataset of soil conservation service function on Hainan Island from 2000 to 2019, with the unit of t/hm². The authors took elevation, meteorological conditions, soil properties, vegetation coverage and surface cover as indicators, and derived the soil conservation service function dataset of Hainan Island from 2000 to 2019 based on the Revised Universal Soil Loss Equation (RUSLE).
