资源简介:

Dataset from 8 recombinant yeast P. pastoris laboratory bioreactor fermentations producing Hepatitis B surface (HBsAg) antigen (exps. 1-4) and Hepatitis B core (HBcAg) antigen. An in-situ permittivity probe (Hamilton, Incyte) was used in these experiments for permittivity and conductivity data logging. The dataset consists of the following values: Fermentation time, minutes; Stirrer speed, RPM; Substrate (50% Glycerol/100% Methanol) feed rate, mL/min; Base (25% NH4OH) pump volume, mL; Antifoam (100% Sigma 204) pump volume, mL; Substrate (50% Glycerol/100% Methanol) feed pump volume, mL; Culture medium conductivity, mS/cm; Culture medium permittivity, pF/cm; Permittivity at 17 scanning frequencies (300-10,000 kHz), pF/cm. Dataset has been generated within the framework of a postdoctoral project (ERDF and Latvian state-funded research application grant No. 1.1.1.2/VIAA/1/16/186). Dataset has been used in the following articles: Grigs, O., Bolmanis, E., & Galvanauskas, V. (2021). Application of In-Situ and Soft-Sensors for Estimation of Recombinant P. pastoris GS115 Biomass Concentration: A Case Analysis of HBcAg (Mut+) and HBsAg (MutS) Production Processes under Varying Conditions.
