This study investigates extrachromosomal circular DNAs (eccDNAs) in fluconazole-resistant and fluconazole-susceptible Candida auris strains using Circ-Seq. Genomic DNA was subjected to circular DNA enrichment and high-throughput sequencing to identify and characterize eccDNA profiles associated with antifungal resistance.
