The data set contains targeted sequencing data of small B-cell lymphomas generated using a custom AmpliSeq target enrichment panel that covers 146 genes most frequently mutated in lymphomas and sequenced with IonTorrent S5 instrument. Samples were sequenced with 1400x mean depth. The data set includes: 25 nodal marginal zone lymphomas, 32 extranodal marginal zone lymphomas, 12 splenic marginal zone lymphomas and 11 lymphoplasmacytic lymphomas.
