RNA-Seq in LPS and Dex+LPS treated bone marrow-derived macrophages

Wild-type bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs) were treated with vehicle (0.1% EtOH/D-PBS), 6h 100 ng/ml lipopolysaccharide (LPS) or 16h 1uM dexamethasone (Dex) and 6h 100 ng/ml LPS (Dex+LPS) and mRNA expression analysed by RNA-Seq. Overall design: We profiled mRNA expression by RNA-Seq in BMDMs form wild-type C57BL/6 mice treated with either vehicle (0.1% EtOH) for 16h, 6h LPS (0.1% EtOH, 100ng/ml LPS) or 16h Dex+6h LPS (1 uM Dex, 100ng/ml LPS).Three biological replicates were sequenced per treatment.
