The National Marine Fisheries Service proposes to issue Marine Mammal Incidental Authorizations to the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Washington Ferries Division (WSF) for the taking, by Level B harassment, of small numbers of marine mammals incidental to Mukilteo Multimodal Project at the Mukilteo Ferry Terminal in the State of Washington. A series of incidental take authorizations would be issued valid between April 2014 and 2018 for WSDOT's proposed construction period.
