Multilocus phylogeny of Hericium in Canada

A multilocus phylogeny of the genus Hericium occurring in Canada is presented based on sequences from the ITS-LSU, tef1 and rpb2 marker regions.Files included = Table 1 (list of taxa and sequences), Hericium_Compiled_MAFFT_7May 54 (fasta file used in MEGA for ML and MP analyses), Hericium_MrB2 (nexus file used for MrBayes 3.2.7), Hericium_Fig1_New (pdf of ML tree with node support from ML, MP and MrB analyses), and MrBayes_Hericium_log (log of MrBayes run with 25 million generations)
