Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in Namco Basin Raw sequence reads

The distribution patterns and drivers of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF), a group of microbes with important functions and plant symbiosis, in alpine riparian ecosystems, remains poorly understood. This study took the Niaqu small watershed in the Namco Basin as the research object, and based on the Illumina-Miseq high-throughput sequencing method, to examine the AMF diversity and community composition in riparian soil along the Niaqu basin.
