资源简介:
This study used DNA metabarcoding to test whether the diet and gut microbiome of tuna could be a viable real-time monitoring tool for detecting change in oceanic ecosystems. Analyses compared skipjack (Katsuwonus pelamis) and yellowfin tuna (Thunnus albacares) captured in south western and central Pacific regions during the occurrence of El Nino and La Nina events between 2015-2017.
