Spatially Correlated Fluctuations Govern Relative Chromatin Motion: Interchromosomal Two-Allele Tracking in Drosophila Embryos

This repository contains the processed datasets used in the manuscript. Tracks.zip contains processed loci tracking data. Each folder corresponds to a different embryo, labeled by the imaging date. Each CSV file within a folder contains the tracking results for two loci in a single nucleus in that embryo. Example Data.zip includes a subset of the raw microscopy images and corresponding segmentation masks used as input to the image analysis pipeline. These files can be used as input to the Image_analysis workflow found on GitHub: https://github.com/harjuj/Chromatin_SCFs.
