Two groups of diets with low (25%, LPD) and normal (40%, NPD) protein levels were fed to Genetically Improved Farmed Tilapia (GIFT) at water temperature of 28 for 90 days. 16S rRNA gene profiling revealed that dietary protein have significant impacts on gut microbial compositions.
