Whole exome sequencing was performed on DNA isolated from murine melanomas driven by different NRAS mutations. The objective of this study was to determine if NRAS mutations differentially cooperate with ultraviolet (UV) radiation to influence the levels of DNA damage or affect the mutational profile associated with UV irradiation.
