This project contains high-throughput sequencing data generated using ECHOS (Epigenetic CUT&Tag via High-resolution Optical Selection), a CUT&Tag-based platform that combines nanobody-Tn5 chemistry with fluorescence-guided optical selection of regions of interest. The datasets include libraries profiling histone modifications such as H3K27ac, H3K4me3, and H3K27me3 from cultured cells, tissue sections, and defined nuclear subcompartments (e.g., micronuclei and the inactive X chromosome). Raw sequencing reads are provided here for method benchmarking and comparative analysis with conventional ChIP-seq/CUT&Tag. Processed peak calls, signal tracks, and additional annotations will be deposited in GEO.
