BioC-BioGRID corpus

The BioC-BioGRID corpus contains human annotations on 120 full text biomedical literature articles for genetic and protein interaction data. The annotated corpus contains 6409 mentions of genes and their Entrez Gene IDs, 186 mentions of organism names and their NCBI Taxonomy IDs, 1867 mentions of protein-protein interactions (PPI) and 701 annotations of PPI experimental evidence statements, 856 mentions of genetic interactions (GI) and 399 annotations of GI evidence statements.BioC-BioGRID语料库包含120篇完整生物医学文献的人工标注数据，标注内容聚焦于遗传与蛋白质相互作用相关信息。该标注语料库涵盖：6409条基因及其Entrez基因ID（Entrez Gene ID）的提及记录，186条物种名称及其NCBI分类学ID（NCBI Taxonomy ID）的提及记录，1867条蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用（PPI）提及记录与701条PPI实验证据陈述标注，856条遗传相互作用（GI）提及记录与399条GI证据陈述标注。
