Transcriptomic alterations in mouse testis depleted of RBM46.

This study aims to explore the expression changes in Neurog-cre/Rbm46fl/- mice at P10, when meiosis initiates. Testes were collected from Rbm46fl/+ and Neurog-cre/Rbm46fl/- mice at 10d. RNA-seq libraries were proformed in biologically duplicates. Total RNA was extracted from 10d testes of Rbm46fl/+ and Neurog-cre/Rbm46fl/- at P10 using TRIzol reagent. For each group, we have biologically duplicates. Strand-specific libraries were prepared using the TruSeq Stranded Total RNA Sample Preparation kit (Illumina) according to the manufacturer's instructions.
