Digital Archive from a Magnetometry Survey at Gate Farm, Stanley Lane, Chippenham, Wiltshire, May to June 2024

This collection consists of images, GIS and a vector graphic from a geophysical survey, comprising detailed magnetometry, by Archaeological Surveys Ltd. Work occurred over 5.5ha on land at Gate Farm, to the south of Stanley Lane, Chippenham, Wiltshire, from May to June 2024, ahead of a proposed residential development. The anomalies identified generally lack a coherent morphology and cannot be confidently interpreted as cut features. Evidence for ridge and furrow and widespread magnetic debris has also been located.
