This series contains files that document the management of sites identified as contaminated with pollutants and the subsequent remediation of such sites. The records in the series were created to provide legal evidence of contaminated sites that were regulated under either the Unhealthy Building Land Act 1990 (Act No.122, 1990) and the Contaminated Land Management Act 1997 (Act No.140, 1997).The series also contains site assessments that were registered in CM9 (TRIM Content Manager 9 records management system) with a BOOK/ and NSR/ prefix.
