Low-grade IDH-mutant glioma are notoriously unpredictable and knowledge on the evolutionary trajectories is limited. The GLASS-NL consortium performed methylome profiling on paired initial and recurrent IDH-mutant astrocytoma tumours to elucidate the temporal changes in DNA-methylation.
