该数据集合基于出院手术患者的历史数据和时序分析方法对手术工作量和质量指标进行逐月监测和滚动预测，包含2019年以来每月的手术人数、四级手术人数、微创手术人数、手术并发症发生例数、发生率等监测数据，以及各项手术指标绩效评价的预测评分，数据集合每月产生一个新的版本，同时针对不同临床专科还会产生对应的监测数据。主要适用于医务管理部门，可用于医院临床专科医疗服务能力与质量安全情况的变动趋势和影响因素分析，
