Replication data and code for Agricultural pollination exposure and managed honey bee stocks

Replication materials for Agricultural pollination exposure and managed honey bee stocks: Annual co-movement across 116 countries, 1995–2024. The archive contains frozen analytical inputs, an archived FAOSTAT crop-area extract, the exact crop-dependence crosswalk (Supplementary Data S1), Python reconstruction and estimation code, verification instructions, numerical outputs, supplementary figures, and audit documentation. Run instructions and software requirements are provided in README.md and requirements.txt. The primary analysis covers 3,330 country-year observations from 116 countries. The package reconstructs dependence-weighted harvested area and reproduces the reported distributed-lag analyses from archived inputs. It does not independently repeat every upstream data extraction or certify all original national source reports. Dependence-weighted harvested area measures exposure to animal pollination, not honey-bee-specific demand or service adequacy. The analyses are descriptive, not causal. Positive shorter-horizon and extreme-change findings are exploratory. Original providers and literature sources are identified in the README, crosswalk and manuscript references. Third-party materials remain subject to their original terms and attribution requirements.
