These case registers record details of appeals heard before the Board. The registers 19/19052 part and 19/19033 give the case number, date received, names of parties concerned, date of hearing, minute number, result of hearing, details of expenses and appeal fees, file number, details of despatch of letters, and file markings. The register 19/19034 gives case number, name of appellant, name of council, file number, date received, date heard, minute number, situation of land (ie. address), result of hearing, date award sent, date minutes sent, and file marking. The volume 19/19052 also includes appeals lodged with the Cumberland, Newcastle and Wollongong Board of Appeals, and the Country Board of Appeals. (19/19052 part, 19/19033-34). 3 vols (part).
