Pilot survey of the Lutetian molluscan assemblage at Fleury-la-Rivière, Paris basin

This present report within the Biofacies and Paleoecology module describes the paleoecology of Lutetian bivalves and gastropods retrieved from the sand beds in the Fleury-la-Rivière of Paris basin. Basin geology, terrestrial inputs, oxygen concentration, and nutrients seemed to have defined the taxonomic composition, community structure and trophic nucleus of this benthic macrofaunal clusters.
