WTShiftBench v1.2.0: frozen model-output matrices and evaluation reproducibility assets

WTShiftBench v1.2.0 core reproducibility dataset. This record archives frozen observed and predicted target-by-gene matrices and the assets required to recompute the associated WTShiftBench evaluation statistics. It contains the frozen matrix archive, local verification records, the historical public-download verification receipt, a core manifest, SHA256 checksums, and record-level documentation. The record supports saved-output scoring and verification of the frozen evaluation objects. It does not constitute a complete raw-data-to-training archive for every evaluated model. Model-training checkpoints, staged training assets, and other software-related resources are maintained separately from this core data record. The corresponding WTShiftBench source-code snapshot is archived separately at DOI 10.5281/zenodo.22755330. Repository locations, release tags, and commit identifiers are maintained independently from this dataset record and may evolve over time; the files in this record are identified by their archived contents and checksums. The MIT License applies only to WTShiftBench-authored code. Third-party datasets, model resources, derived materials, and upstream assets remain subject to their source-specific terms as documented in the accompanying README and project notices.
