Draft genome analysis of Extremely Thermophilic Calditerricola strains

We isolated two strains of Extremely Thermophilic Calditerricola strains from anaerobic disestion sludge, and obtained two type strains of Calditerricola satsumensis and C. yamamurae. In this project, we sequenced draft genomes of four strains, and compared the genotypes.
