RNA-seq of TcUBP1 knockdown in Trypanosoma cruzi CL-Brener epimastigotes

TcUBP1 knockdown T. cruzi CL-Brener epimastigotes were incubated by triplicate in BHT10 percent with 0.2 ug/ml G418 and 0.1 ug/ml hygromycin for 96 h at 28 degree Celsius with shaking and these Trizol samples used for RNA-sequence analysis along with the control wild-type samples (SAMN31956649 of BioProjectID PRJNA907231). The RNA-seq bio-analyzer library profile of both samples was generated on the Agilent 2100 instrument. The samples were next used for paired-end (PE) deep sequencing and the libraries were sequenced using 2 x 100 PE chemistry on DNBSeq platform (BGI Americas Corporation) for generating about 5.3 GB of data per sample.
