Data used for the manuscript entitled "ABC model for sea lamprey population estimate using a simple nest count during the spawning season". "Model.R" is the main model script, with the model code, the graphs presented in the article, and the sampling schemes simulation. "Sensitivity analysis.R" is the script for sensitivity analysis, using the data from "sensitivity_data.xlsx".
