Supporting data for "Designing a recommender system to promote self-regulated learning in online contexts."

The present study developed a recommender system to promote students’ self-regulated learning (SRL) skills. The main study consisted of three cycles, which were conducted in a fully online graduate course. Students enrolled in this course in three semesters were involved in this study. The quantitative results were analyzed to examine the effect of different SRL recommendation designs on students’ SRL skills and learning performance. Specifically, the dataset includes students' overall scores as well as the scores in each subscale in SRL pre and post surveys. Additionally, we include part of students' course scores for the comparasion purpose across three studies. Finally, students rated on their experience of using our system.
