Production volume of iron ore in Egypt 2010-2021

As of 2021, Egypt produced about 560,000 metric tons of iron ore. The volume of iron ore produced in the country has been stable since 2018. Over the observed period, iron ore production peaked in 2012 at 3.93 million metric tons. The global production of iron for 2021 was about 3.2 trillion metric tons.
