The rows represent the OTUs with their identified taxon name. The columns represent the locations in each subzone (A–E) and the hosts (SA: <i>Salix arctica, </i>DI:<i> Dryas integrifolia</i>). The last column contains the GenBank accession numbers of deposited sequences.
