2002-2020年中国典型生态系统降水、地表水和地下水水化学（含Ca2+、Mg2+、Na+、K+、HCO3-、CO32-、SO42-、Cl-、pH、矿化度）变化数据

本数据集收集整理了CERN34个生态站2004–20120年地下水、静止地表水、流动地表水的八大离子（Ca2+、Mg2+、Na+、K+、HCO3-、CO3 2-、SO4 2-、Cl-）数据，包含了农田、草地、森林、荒漠、沼泽 5 类中国典型生态系统。我们对数据进行了准确性检验，剔除异常值，整理后的数据格式更规范，提高了数据的可靠性。本数据集有助于认识各生态系统的水化学变化特征。

This dataset compiles and organizes data on eight major ions (Ca²+, Mg²+, Na+, K+, HCO₃⁻, CO₃²⁻, SO₄²⁻, and Cl⁻) in groundwater, standing surface water, and flowing surface water from 34 CERN ecological stations during 2004–2012. It covers five typical Chinese ecosystem types, namely farmland, grassland, forest, desert, and marsh. We conducted accuracy validation, removed outliers, and standardized the data format, thereby improving the reliability of the dataset. This dataset facilitates the understanding of hydrochemical variation characteristics across various ecosystems.
